Abstract
The master thesis „Analysis of Performance Measurement Indicators in Selected Business Company“ is focused on the controlling and performance measurement indicators and their use in selected business company. In the theoretical part are defined the basic definitions in the area of controlling, performance measurement indicators and financial analysis. The practical part is focused on the analysis of controlling and key performance indicators in the selected business company including changes, which will help to more efficient management in this area.
