Abstract
The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the decision making process in university choice. The aim of this thesis was also to find the main reason for filing application to university, the most common sources of information which candidates for study use and classification of the information provided by the EkF VSB-TUO. I also analyzed the decision making process of the study EkF VŠB-TUO and student‘s satisfaction with their choice. In the final section of the thesis there are developed concrete proposals and recommendations for EkF VSB-TUO.
