Vývoj technologie zušlechtění oceli 41CrAlMo7S

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with quenching and tempering of steel 41CrAlMo7S on the device to which belongs line with equipment, which is an integral part of complex electro-thermic system intended for finishing bars. In the main points in bachelor thesis are described technological processes and production of steel bars/rods, heat treatment, refining processes, evaluation of mechanical and structural properties, description of samples, proposals for optimal solutions of steel in operating conditions. Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience were subsequently used in the work process.
