Abstract

Proposal of a new approach to evaluating performance of the assembly process This bachelor thesis focuses on the measurement of the assembly process of nEXT products in company EDWARDS s.r.o. The work deals with possibilities for data collection and subsequently analysis them in cases measurement of assembly process. Next section is a brief introduction to the content of the company and assembly process of the scientific pumps nEXT. Third part describes the current Edwards method to evaluate output of their assembly processes. Part deals with familiarization with a new approach to the evaluation output of the nEXT assembly process. In conclusion is compared new and original method of evaluation.
