Topic of the bachelor thesis: Application of Problem Management Process to Non-Conformances Analysis of Selected Product

The theoretical part of the thesis enumerates the quality management tools that systematically help solve the abovementioned issue. An introduction of the company which the thesis was modelled on follows. The theoretical part is concluded by PMP methodology description. The practical part defines the main drawbacks of PMP methodology and identifies the essential causes leading to its improper application. It then suggests steps to remove these causes and evaluates the expected contribution of the thesis.
