The diploma thesis contains project documentation for the construction of an Residential building. The apartment building is made as a detached, basement, four-storey with a ventilated countertop roof. The content of the project documentation is the drawing part of the diploma thesis assignment and technical report. Another part of the diploma thesis is the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures and the energy label of the building envelope prepared in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2[6]. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with the static design and assessment of a reinforced concrete die.
