Abstract
One of the main objectives of all European Union states is to achieve good surface water status. Surface water quality and landscape pollution around the watercourse cause anthropogenic effects. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor individual parameters in surface waters. This thesis deals with monitoring of individual indicators and their evaluation in the Petrůvka watercourse. The river Petrůvka springs in Poland. We will meet her in the Czech Republic in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the territory and the description of indicators affecting the quality of surface waters. In the practical part is analyzed analysis of indicators and evaluation of their pollution. A total of 5 profiles are monitored in which the quality of water is evaluated according to valid legislation. The results are evaluated on the basis of ČSN 75 7221 and Government Regulation No. 401/2015 Coll.
