Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with comparsion of infrigement of breach of trust in the private and public spheres. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part the thesis examines theoretical part of both spheres. The introductory chapters covers basics definitions and concepts of infringement of breach of trust. The second part of the thesis focuses on comparison both spheres and analyzes practical judgments.
