Abstract

In this work, focusing on the Payment Terms in International Trade was the first to explain the characteristics payment terms, structure, form and the advantages and disadvantages of each types. The main objective was to evaluate the payment terms pharmaceutical company and define its advantages and disadvantages. The company has provided for the analysis of their commercial contracts with foreign suppliers. The analysis showed that the company used to pay only the smooth payment. By exploiting I came to the conclusion that the pharmaceutical company appropriately chosen payment terms, thanks to which payments are made quickly and at lower cost.
