Abstract

The thesis is focused on working out of the project TZB of the apartment block. The apartment block is designed as a new building in the locality of Ostrava-Poruba. The main issue is the blueprint of the inner water conduit and the central heating. The apartment block is connected with the help of the indoor delivery station to a long-distance heat distribution system. There is an apartment delivery station designed in each apartment block for a regulation of the hydronics and for the preparation of the hot water. This apartment delivery station is connected to the housing delivery station. The apartment blocks enable to measure the amount of the drawn heat for the central heating and heating-up the hot water. Also the amount of the used cold water is measured directly in the apartment station. The project deals also with the problem of customer´s service pipe, electricity connection and the connection of the long-distance heat distribution system. The thesis was created by 70 pages.
