Abstract
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of employee benefits in a selected business company. The content of the theoretical part is the characteristics of remuneration, legal regulation of employee benefits, their history and tax and accounting aspects of individual benefits. The practical part is focused on specific employee benefits provided by the selected company and their application to employees.
