Abstract

The topic of diploma thesis „Pension v Ostravě“ is processing project documentation for rendition of construction according to decree 499/206 Coll. as amended n. 62/2013 Coll. of construction documentation [1]. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city of Ostrava and is designed to fit into the surroundings as much as possible, the materials used are as environmentally friendly as possible. Object is three-storey with a flat roof. The construction is realized of building system Porotherm. The diploma thesis includes a thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, the energy label of the building envelope and the static calculation of the load-bearing capacity of the external load-bearing ceramic wall.
