Analýza projektu Energetický mangement v obci Příkazy

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with energy management at the local government level, focusing on the municipality of Příkazy. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the current state of energy consumption in selected municipal buildings and, based on the collected data, propose optimization measures aimed at reducing energy intensity and operating costs. The theoretical part defines the basic principles of project and energy management, including the specifics of the ISO 50001 standard and methods for the economic evaluation of investments. The practical part applies this knowledge to real municipal data. After establishing the energy baseline and analyzing historical energy consumption for the year 2025, specific investment and non-investment measures are proposed using project management principles and SWOT analysis. An economic evaluation, including the calculation of the payback period, is carried out for the proposed measures in order to assess their potential benefits for the municipal budget.
