Supervisor of diploma thesis: Ing. Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. The aim of the diploma thesis is a construction project of an multifunctional house in the given range. The multifunctional house is a five-story building. The diploma thesis contains a technical report on the construction part, drawing documentation, thermal and technical assessment of perimeter structures, a static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase and a certificate of the energy efficiency of the building together with the energy label of the building envelope.
