Ověření homogenity stávající DKM v k.ú. Mariánské Hory vyhotovené převodem

Abstract

V této diplomové práci se zabývám ověřením homogenity stávající DKM v katastrálním území Mariánské hory vyhotovené převodem se současnými geodetickými základy. Katastrální mapa má původ v roce 1936 a byla mapována dle Instrukce A. V teoretické části práce bude čtenář seznámen s historií pozemkových evidencí, a především s Instrukcí A. Dále bude popsán předmět evidence a obsah katastru nemovitostí, katastrální mapa a stav digitalizace katastrálních map. V práci jsou také shrnuty formy obnovy katastrálního operátu a vlivy poddolování na katastr nemovitostí. V praktické části jsou popsány cíle práce, výběr lokality ve spolupráci s Katastrálním úřadem pro Moravskoslezský kraj, zaměření podrobných bodů polohopisu v terénu a následné zpracování naměřených dat v programu Geus a interpretace výsledků.

In this diploma thesis, I deal with the verification of homogeneity of existing DKM in cadastral unit Mariánské Hory by transfer, using current geodetic foundations. The cadastral map originated in 1936 and was mapped according to Instruction A. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the reader will be primarily acquainted with Instruction A, as well as the history of land records. Further, I will describe the subjects of registration and the cadastre content, cadastral map and the state of digitalization of cadastral maps. The thesis also summarizes the forms of cadastral restoration and the effects undermining has on the cadastre. The practical part of the thesis describes the objectives of the thesis, the process of selecting the location in cooperation with the Cadastral Office for the Moravian-Silesian Region, the measuring of detailed planimetric points in practice and subsequently, the processing of measured data in the Geus software and the evaluation of the results.
