Vybudování a provoz fitness centra jako podnikatelský záměr

Abstract

This dissertation is written on the issue of “Establishment and operation of a fitness centre as a business aim”. The first part is devoted to describing and transforming theoretical findings from specialist literature into a structured and comprehensible form, from which I subsequently drew inspiration for creation of a feasible business project with the help of an analysis of the market environment. I compared, assessed and gradually wrote up the obtained information from the fitness market, so that I was able to determine whether the market in the town of Nový Jičín, where the business project is to be realised, is capable of generating profit for a sports and relaxation facility offering a higher quality of services and range of goods for higher prices. The goal of the business plan was to demonstrate the potential of the business project. With regard to the positive values and demonstration that the project was viable, the plan chiefly primarily as a means to acquire foreign capital for financing the whole project. It secondary purpose is feedback after establishment of a company.
