EMPLOYMENT 2014 – 2020 IN THE CASE OF A SAMPLE PROJECT

The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view on the functioning of the EU Employment policy at regional, national and European level. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find a suitable grant opportunity for a sample project called Employment Support for women at the age of 55 and older in the NUTS 2 Moravia-Silesia region and to process the project proposal via the MS2014+ monitoring system.
The first chapter is devoted to development of the Employment policy and labour market specification on the EU and Czech level. The second chapter describes the socio-economic analysis of the NUTS 2 Moravia-Silesia region and the definition of the Operational Programme Employment. The third chapter contains conditions of the appropriate grant programme and subsequently processed the project proposal submitted via the MS2014+ monitoring system.
