Abstract

Pohledávky z obchodního styku jsou součástí podnikatelské činnosti. Téma "Zajištění pohledávek v obchodním styku" je tedy velmi aktuální. V první části popisuji obchodní závazkové vztahy, jejich vznik a zánik. Druhá část se věnuje jednotlivým zajišťovacím instrumentům. K této problematice je mnoho dostupné literatury. Většinou však z právního hlediska, nikoliv z účetního. Proto je text doplněn příklady účtování a schématy. Třetí kapitola popisuje zajišťovací instrumenty z praktického hlediska. Vznikl praktický přehled zajišťovacích instrumentů, které může podnikatel použít při zajišťování svých pohledávek.
