Abstract
Bachelor thesis illustrates the technical means used to track objects and people in low lighting conditions according to the criteria chosen by Ishikakowa diagram. It also describes the physical and technological principles of the various technical means. It deals with their current use and alternative options for deployment of the integrated rescue system and other security services, including deployment options in the civilian sector.
