Abstract

Implementation of personal sources as a competitive advantage of an organization1, first of all, means to change the fact how managers percept their employees and how they look at relationships in their firm. This change means to work with people as partners not considering them costs that is necessary to minimize or even eliminate. Effective management of personal processes is substantial for an organization to keep the high performance of its employees by means of ensuring, identification and selection of the competent employees, by ensuring the sustained increase and update knowledge and skills of employees. The assets of an organization are valuable only in the case that they are managed with the aim to reach the performance, if the managers in the high performance organizations manage assets to use fully their value. To ensure planned tasks, to be effective and successful in the competition, it is necessary for an organization to set correct controlling data within the whole process, using results of analyses by managers on all levels of management. Long- term prosperity can be ensured only with such a management that on all levels of the corporate hierarchy and during all its decisions takes into consideration effects on thinking and activities of people. For this purpose and with the aim to ensure objective, complex and timely information, an organization has and continuously employs the system of personal controlling. Personal controlling is a part of the company system of controlling and its aim is to map performance of separate workers, set optimum objectives from the point of view of planning, reporting and motivation of personal sources. Personal controlling significantly influences economic thinking of employees and their attitude to company objectives. The aim of thesis is by means of theoretical approaches and knowledge in the area of personal sources management, by analysis and by evaluation of research results to show what is a current state in the system of personal sources management like and to impose terms of an effective system of personal controlling in industrial plants, namely in the company MAKYTA Púchov considering generally valid and verified principles of an industrial practice. The thesis is divided into seven main parts, the first one deals with the theoretical bases of the problems which are solved in the thesis. In the second part the spheres of personal management of the industrial companies are worked out. The third part deals with the performance of managerial functions related to the personal sources management. The fourth part of the thesis is focused on the system of controlling in the industrial company. The fifth part defines the meaning of personal controlling as the reflection of the integrated concept of personal sources management. The sixth part analyses and diagnoses the current state of personal sources management in the company MAKYTA. In the seventh part of the thesis there are general conclusions and recommendations for projecting and implementation of the personal controlling system in the industrial companies.
