Investiční rozhodování v procesu hodnocení podnikatelského záměru v Operačním programu Podnikání a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost

Abstract

Diplomová práce si klade za hlavní cíl stanovení optimální varianty podnikatelského záměru společnosti Multiflora s.r.o. v rámci Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost. Dílčím cílem práce je vypracování jednotlivých variant projektu dle osnovy podnikatelského záměru z hlediska operačního programu podnikání a inovace s kalkulací veškerých nákladů a výnosů jednotlivých variant. Druhá kapitola je věnována charakteristice základních termínů projektového řízení, podnikatelského záměru a metod hodnotících ekonomickou efektivnost investičních projektů. Třetí kapitola byla vypracována tak, aby splňovala veškeré podmínky osnovy podnikatelského záměru a mohla být použita jako reálná příloha k plné žádosti o dotaci. Podstatou praktické části, tj. čtvrté kapitoly je kalkulace veškerých nákladů a výnosů jednotlivých variant. Dílčí zjištěné údaje byly aplikovány do finanční kalkulačky, jež vyhodnotila dané varianty dle kritérií agentury Czechinvest. Poté pomocí matematicko-statistické metody byla vybrána nejefektivnější varianta v rámci požadavků žadatele a Czechinvestu.

The main goal of the diploma thesis is determining the optimal variant of the company business plan Multiflora s.r.o. under the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness. The operational objective is the development of various project variants the syllabus of the business plan in terms of the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation with the calculation of all the costs and benefits of individual variants. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the basic terms of project management, business plan and methods evaluating the economic efficiency of investment projects. The third chapter was prepared to meet all the conditions of the outline business plan and could be used as a real attachment to the full application for funding.

The essence of the practical part, i.e., the fourth chapter, is the calculation of all the costs and benefits of the options. Accompanying the information obtained is applied to financial calculators that evaluate the options according to the criteria of CzechInvest. Then, using mathematical and statistical methods was chosen the most efficient option within the requirements of the applicant and CzechInvest.
