Abstract

The aim of thesis is to bring the issue of „Limitation in Business Obligations“. The part of this thesis is a description of terms related to this topic. The work is of theoretical character, points out the importance of time in business obligations and also to various legal consequences which may arise in context with the time. I deal mainly with contractual relations in connection with time, characteristics and rules of limitation in business obligations, stopping and disruption of the limitation period, the general or specific lengths of time limitation, which may shorten or extend them. In my bachelor thesis I come mainly from provisions contained in § 387 - § 408 of the Commercial Code because this regulation is devoted mainly to the institute "Limitation in Business Obligations".
