Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the wage system in a particular society. In the theoretical part, payroll issues are explained based on the professional literature and legal regulations. The practical part describes selected company and analyzes its wage system. Based on data collection activity, an overall assessment is carried out together with a proposal for possible changes, not only in the field of remuneration but also in the increase of motivation of employees.
