Abstract

This thesis deals with the accessibility of the regional medical rescue service. The introduction focuses on the issue of accessibility, not only in the Czech Republic, but also in foreign countries, Saxony and Bavaria. The next part introduces the history of the medical rescue system, its operation, and types of outgoing groups. The practical part begins with the development of the dislocation of the medical rescue service from the point of view of legislation. Then the plan of the region coverage of the outgoing bases of medical rescue service is suggested. The thesis describes methodology, its principles and particular steps. The conclusion deals with the application of the methodology on the Moravian-Silesian region and its outgoing bases of the rescue medical service. The effectiveness of the existing state is determined. New solutions relating to the accessibility of the medical rescue service can be implemented in the case of an unsatisfactory state.
