Nakládání s odpady v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na nakládání s odpady v Moravskoslezském kraji. Na začátku popisuje problematiku odpadového hospodářství, metod nakládání s odpady a jejich legislativní rámec. V další části se zabývá analýzou jednotlivých způsobů nakládání s odpady v Moravskoslezském kraji a komparaci s ostatními kraji České republiky. V poslední části je provedeno zhodnocení nakládání s odpady v Moravskoslezském kraji, zjištění rozsahu decouplingu a jsou navrhnuty nové možnosti využití odpadů. Cílem práce je objasnění problematiky nakládání s odpady v Moravskoslezském kraji a jeho komparace s ostatními kraji České republiky pomocí analýzy metod odpadového hospodářství a odhalení rozsahu decouplingu v krajích ČR.

This thesis is focused on waste management in the Moravian Silesian Region. At the beginning describes the problems of waste management, waste management methods and their legislative framework. In the next part deals with the analysis methods of the waste management in the Moravian Silesian Region and the comparison with another regions of the Czech Republic. In the last section is performed the evaluation of waste management in the Moravian Silesian Region, the decoupling extent detection and new possibilities suggestions relating to the waste utilization. The objective of this thesis is the clarification of the waste management issue in the Moravian Silesian Region and its comparison with other regions of the Czech Republic through the analysis methods of waste management and the detection of decoupling range by region.
