Kalibrace dveřního profilu v podmínkách VUHŽ a. s.

Abstract

Submitted a graduated work deals the roll pass design of hinge by grooved rollers. Desired cross-section shape of bar are reworked to shape after heat. After determining the optimal overall coefficient of elongation and the size of the input billet is calculated number of passes. In next step are determined all passes with design of roll groove. For each grove is discussed development of bar shape with the possible addition individual calculations. The proposed roll pass design was carried out and running tests was made successful for it.
