Analýza zásob a struktury dodavatelů vybraného podniku

Abstract

This thesis addresses supplies and suppliers structure analysis of an actual company from the logistics point of view using the ABC analysis, which is based on the 80/20 rule, and provides suggestions on what suppliers and material items the company should focus to minimize its expenses. The ABC analysis is conducted in Microsoft Excel program, when the thesis apart from other things focuses on the issues of multiple ABC analysis, using algorithm in comparison of data from two consecutive years which are separated into two different tables and on identifying redundant supplies by the flow of material goods in stock. Specific suggestions are published in the thesis on what suppliers and material items the company should focus to minimize finances tied to supplies.
