Abstract

The bachelor thesis is entitled Marketing and Management of TJ Sokol Frýdek-Místek Sports Club. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first one deals with theoretical terms that represent introduction into the subject matter. Author creates a theoretical model of this topic using general explanation and clarification of the problems closely related to the survey. Furthermore, the reader is informed about the theoretical explanation regarding the survey methods a techniques used to achieve the goal of this bachelor thesis. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of marketing and management of TJ Sokol FM sports club. Theoretical part is followed by a survey. This second part introduces the subject matter and characteristics of the examined sports organisation and presents determined basis and strategies for the TJ Sokol Frýdek-Místek organisation.
