Abstract

Bachelor thesis describes the problems of unemployment in the Czech Republic and possible solution to reduce the unemployment rate. The work is divided into three main parts. The first section defines the terms and guidelines when determining the unemployment rate. The analytical part includes analysis of the development of unemployment, employer requirements, differences in population education. The aim is to analyze the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic, in the regions, analyzing the requirements of employers in specific positions and can find the optimum solutions to reduce unemployment in the country.
