Abstract
This diploma thesis is focusing on a design of a single-purpose machine, which is used for attaching a different kind of lids on filled up bottles. Content of this thesis include design of hardware, software and commissioning. Components were selected during hardware design after that electrical and pneumatic circuits were made to fulfill requirements for safe operation of the machine. Software part was created in programing software Unitronics Visilogic where communication between sensors and action elements is done by I/O modules. Control system contain visualization interface and through it parameters can be individually changed.
