Finanční analýza podniku vyrábějícího vzduchotechniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské je provedení finanční analýzy podniku Remak, a.s., který se zabývá výrobou a prodejem vzduchotechnických zařízení a regulačních komponentů na vytápění. Finanční analýza je zpracována za období 2016 až 2020. Teoretická část zahrnuje teoretické informace pro sestavení finanční analýzy, vysvětluje definici, uživatele, zdroje informací a základní metody pro postupy výpočtů finanční analýzy. V aplikační části je uvedena charakteristika výrobního podniku. Následuje provedení finanční analýzy podniku v podobě aplikací metod a technik a výpočtů jednotlivých ukazatelů, uvedených v teoretické části za sledované období. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky finanční analýzy a jsou navržena doporučení, která by mohla zlepšit finanční situaci podniku v následujících letech.

The aim of the Bachelor is to conduct a financial analysis of Remak, a.s., which is engaged in the production and sale of air-conditioning equipment and regulatory components for heating. The financial analysis is for the period 2016 to 2020. The theoretical part includes theoretical information for the compilation of financial analysis, explains the definition, users, sources of information and basic methods for the financial analysis calculation procedures. The application section gives the characteristics of the manufacturing business. This is followed by carrying out a financial analysis of the business by applying the methods and techniques and calculations of the various indicators, set out in the theoretical part for the period under review. The results of the financial analysis are summarised at the end of the bachelor thesis and recommendations are proposed that could improve the financial situation of the business in the years ahead.
