Administrativní budova s přiléhající výrobní halou v Hranicích

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the production area, which includes three building objects. The first of two building blocks together serves as an administrative building with an adjoining kitchen. The second building is a steel hall designed for machining metals. The third and last object is a stand-alone one-storey gatehouse with a barrier located at the entrance of the complex. The two-storey office building and the adjoining single-storey kitchens are made of brick-bearing structures, while the supporting structure of the production hall is made of steel three-armed frames. The area is located in the Olomouc Region, on the outskirts of the town of Hranice. In the area there is also parking for the campus and the private access road to the buildings.

The result of the diploma thesis is a processed project for the execution of the construction, the content of which is the technical report according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by Amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on documentation of constructions [1], drawing part according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by Amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. about building documentation [1], thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures - see ČSN 73054-2 (2011), energy label of building envelope - see ČSN 730542 (2011), static calculation of selected parts of steel hall.
