Ekonomika bydlení v České republice

Abstract

Tato práce je věnována rozboru různých způsobů bydlení v bytových domech, zejména z hlediska ekonomiky. V prvé části popisuji vývoj bytového fondu v ČR od roku 1945 až po současnost. Návazně je analyzována ekonomika bydlení ve státních a komunálních bytech s uvedením příkladu hospodaření a správy bytového fondu ÚMOb Mariánské Hory a Hulváky. Další část této práce popisuje ekonomické aspekty bydlení v družstevních bytech a jako příklad předkládám informace o organizaci a ekonomice menších bytových družstev SKLEP a BD J.Lady. Jako další způsob bydlení jsem do této práce zařadila popis bydlení v bytech v osobním vlastnictví a to z ekonomického hlediska, které doplňuji údaji o vzniku, organizaci a ekonomickém profilu Společenství vlastníků bytových jednotek Gen. Píky. V závěru je na základě získaných poznatků provedeno srovnání jednotlivých typů bydlení.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of different means of housing especially from the economic point of view. The first part describes the development of housing stock in the Czech Republic from 1945 up to now. Consecutively, it analyses the housing economy in state and municipal flats. There is an example of housing stock management and administration of Municipal authority of Mariánské Hory and Hulváky. The second part outlines economic aspects of cooperative housing and as an example there is information about the housing association SKLEP and BD J. Lady, its organization and economy. As another mean of housing, it deals with the discription of private ownership housing from the economic point of view, which is accompanied by information about the establishment, organization and economic profile of Community owners of residential units at Gen. Píky. The end of the thesis carries out the comparison of individual types of housing on the basis of acquired findings.
