Abstract
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to design a system for controlling uniaxial tracks for photovoltaic panels. The fundamental piece of information is the transformation of solar radiation into electrical energy. The whole system controlling the stands must be designed in such a way, that it uses solar radiation most effectively for this transformation. The stands for solar panels then directly become the basic component for building a solar, photovoltaic power station.
The thesis is divided into several chapters – the introduction, theoretical analysis – (photovoltaics, photovoltaic power stations, photovoltaics in the Czech Republic), practical implementation – (calculations, measuring, design), conclusion.
The construction of photovoltaic power stations is one of the possibilities to economically draw energy from renewable energy sources in an environmentally friendly way. For this reason they are also financed by the European Union.
