Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims at submitting a business plan that may be fully applied to the sphere of accounting in limited liability companies in the future. The theoretical and methodological part of the thesis presents fundamental terminology covering the terms such as conducting business, entrepreneur, services as well the comparison of selected business plans worked out by both Czech and foreign authors. The practical part concentrates on the eleboration of the business plan itself. That is to say it includes the description of a particular company and its services and their prices, the identification of company key personalities, the security and the determination of the business plan including costs, profits, an opening balance sheet or a loss and profit account. The closing part presents final assessment stating whether the company has a chance of achieving a success on the market, how long success may last, estimation of competition power and whether the company will be profitable in the future.
