Organizace celostátního turnaje minivolejbalu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the organization of the national colored minivolleyball tournament held in Ostrava in May 2025, organized by the Blue Volley Ostrava club. The theoretical part defines the principles of sports event management, the role of a sports manager, and the specifics of youth sports. The practical part provides a detailed description of the preparation processes, logistical support, tournament system, and financial budget. Using PEST, McKinsey 7S, and SWOT analyses, key success factors such as the digitalization of administration are identified, along with weaknesses, particularly high personnel dependence on key individuals. The final part offers recommendations for streamlining future editions and increasing their marketing potential.
