Ekonomické hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice

Abstract

Cílem zpracování bakalářské práce bude hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice firmy P + K Houtblok, s. r. o. Jedná se o nákup briketovacího stroje. První část je zaměřena na popis metodologie investičního rozhodování. Jsou vysvětleny pojmy investice, investiční cíle a investiční strategie. V druhé části je představena společnost a popsána hodnocená investice. V třetí části jsou vypočítány náklady kapitálu. Jsou stanovena kritéria hodnocení investic. Podle těchto výsledků je vybraná varianta, která je pro firmu výhodnější. Zvažujeme financování vlastními zdroji nebo úvěrem. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení dané investice.

The aim of bachelor work is evaluating the effectiveness of real investments of P + K Houtblok, Ltd. It is the purchase of the briquetting machine. The first part focuses on the description of the methodology of investment decisions. They are explained in terms of investments, investment objectives and investment strategies.
