Abstract

This graduation thesis, Anylysis of Salary System of the Selected Employer deals with the remuneration of employees in public sevices and administration. It is divided into two parts – the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part is focused on the regulation of pay and will serve as the basis for practical work. The practical part is then focused on salary system specific organisation, or governmental organisation. It includes calculating the monthly charge for three selected employees working in different positions. Last but not least this thesis contains suggestions and recommendation for possible changes and improvements to the existing system.
