Požární ochrana obcí ve vztahu ke státnímu požárnímu dozoru

Abstract

The beginning of the Bachelor Thesis sums up the existing applicable legislation focusing on fire prevention in municipalities. The objective of the Bachelor Thesis is to analyse information obtained in the course of fire inspections carried out in municipalities within the territory of the Pilsen Region, assess it and evaluate the performance of these obligations. Furthermore, the performance of the obligations is compared to other regulations and the possibility of imposing sanctions for similar imperfections.
