Abstract
The objective of this diploma thesis is to make a competence models draft for the selected jobs, in this case for a production manager and a chief accountant in the organisation Montáže Přerov a.s. For meeting the target there was necessary to deal with several phases.
In the beginning there was explained what the terms competency and competence models mean, while the important part was the process of making the models.
The theoretical knowledge was subsequently applied into practice while at first, there were identified all the key competencies important for the selected jobs using the analysis of the organizational vision and values. For drafting the effective competence models, the measurement of the level and importance of competencies was made using the questionnaire method with the concrete employees and the senior employees. The last phase were the proposals of the concrete competence models and their possible using in the selected organization.
