Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with managing of public property. Public property is one of the important areas where performance of public property holds important role especially at managing with this property. Each investment to public property brings legislative requirements, which are binding to the law n. 134/2016 Sb., about input procurement, as amended. In the theoretical part bachelor thesis is focused on approaching concepts, which are related with the issues of the public property. Practical part of bachelor thesis contains elaboration procurement about construction work of the Gymnasium building in Krnov.
