Abstract
Goal of this thesis is mainly an analysis of customer´s protection, it´s administration and keeping lawful rules, acts and notices in practice. In this thesis there is handled about laws of entrepreneurs because of forgeting them frequently in society.
In sections there are proceedly described and decompositioned Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in concrete enterprise which is followed by a research of knowledge of HACCP between customers. Also, there are handled different aspects of customer´s protection and methods which helps to assure them and hypotetical examples are added to some of them. An important part of this work is psychology and satisfaction of clients. Because of this topics have got strong relations with problem of their protection. Separation analysis of this topics does not have meaning for enterprice.
Final sections are sumarizing results and giving a sugestions for improvement. It includes observation that rights of consumers are met. That implies satisfaction of customers with services of that specific company, where knowledge and orientation in bussiness behaviour take important part.
