Uplatnění DLP / SLA / SLS aditivní technologie ve vývoji automobilu

Abstract

This thesis is focused on application of additive manufacturing technologies (3D printing) in the automotive industry. The paper deals specifically with SLA, SLS and DLP methods. While the theoretical part summarizes the principles on which the methods work, the materials used and the current state of use of these technologies in the automotive industry, the practical part of the paper deals with the use of DLP printing in the automotive industry. Its content is the design of several parts that would be suitable for printing by this method and the subsequent resin castings. It describes in detail the process of design and modification before printing, the printing itself, as well as the preparation and casting of the selected part. At the end the findings obtained from the research and practical part are summarized.
