Měření spokojenosti uživatelů mobilní aplikace

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of active users of Pokémon GO. The research was divided into three blocks: the influence of socialization and information acquisition method, exploring the satisfaction and importance of game elements and the financial aspect of the app. Data collection was conducted through an online survey method. High importance and user dissatisfaction were found for four key game mechanics. From the results, suggestions and recommendations were made to the app developers to enhance customer satisfaction.
