Abstract

Project documentation addresses to valid standards and Building act num.183/2006 Law Digest, about designing and implementation one- The Multiple Dwelling House:

- Reconstruction of the construction part - thermal insulation of the building envelope, including the exchange of filling holes, barrier free housing and entrance door - Reconstruction of HVAC parts – lay-out of two-pipe hot-water heating and suitable adjustments for the object

Object of this Diploma thesis is: - Documentation for the implementation of the construction according to Decree 499/2006 Coll. (Structural part) - Building equipment designer for heating and DHW solar technology - Design with condensing boiler technology - Energy Performance Certificate - Annexes, where are tables and calculation results
