Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with a topic of quality of services provided in the Ski Resort
Synot – Kyčerka. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and then evaluate the level of provided services. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. The theoretical background includes definitions of technical terms. The market characteristics describe the ski resort environment. The methodology of data collection describes in detail the creation of a questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to evaluate customer satisfaction with existing services. Finally, the research results, follow-up suggestions and recommendations are described.
