Analýza práce z domova (home office) a výkonnosti zaměstnanců v době a po skončení pandemie Covid-19

Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to analyze home office and employee performance during and after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. We focused on the company, which is anonymized in the work under the name ABC, a. s., which we investigated on the basis of qualitative research in four selected departments, namely the departments of sales, purchasing, development and quality. The research was tied to direct contact and interaction with the researched subject, along with the researcher's long-term stay in the researched company. The goal was achieved with the help of a case study in which, among other things, the monitoring of the performance parameter was used based on four perspectives, among which are the financial perspective, the customer perspective, the perspective of internal processes and learning and growth. It was found that the pandemic had both positive and negative effects on the individual four departments. At the end of the diploma thesis, we proposed certain recommendations that will help not only the company to increase the productivity of its employees.
