Abstract
Theme of this diploma thesis is „Evaluation of Employees‘ Learning and Development Systém in s Selected Company“. Thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the theoretical foundations of employee education and development. . The second part is a practical-analysis. The practical part describes the company XY and analyses the company’s current systém of employee training and development. The result of the diploma thesis are suggestions and recommendations, which should lead to an improvement of the present system of education.
