Rozvoj sociálního potenciálu organizace

Abstract

V tejto bakalárskej práci sa venujem problematike rozvoja ľudského potenciálu organizácie. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce bolo zistiť súčasný stav vzdelávania zamestnancov vo firme ALTA T, a.s. a podať návrhy na zlepšenie systému vzdelávania vo firme.

Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na štyri časti. V úvode stručne popisujem tému a obsah mojej bakalárskej práce. Teoretická časť bližšie vysvetľuje sociálny potenciál organizácie. Obsahom praktickej časti je predstavenie firmy ALTA T, a.s. a analýza potrieb vzdelávania. V závere som zhrnula obsah a výsledky mojej bakalárskej práce.

Pre prieskum súčasného stavu vzdelávania vo firme som použila metódy pozorovania, rozhovoru a analýzu interných dokumentov spoločnosti.

Na základe získaných výsledkov analýzy som odporučila návrhy, ktoré by viedli k zefektívneniu systému vzdelávania vo firme.

In this bachelor´s thesis I discusse the development of the human potential organization. The target of my bachelor´s thesis is analyze the present state of employee´s education in company ALTA T, a.s. and make proposals for improving the system of education.

Bachelor's thesis is divided to four parts. In the introduction I describe theme and content of my work. The theoretical part explains the social potential organization. Practise part contain introduction of company ALTA T, a.s. and analysis requirements of education. In conclusion I summarize the content and results of bachelor´s thesis.

For research I used a methods as interviuw, observation and analysis of internal documentation.

On the basis of analysis results I recommended some suggestion for effective utilization of system of employee´s education.
