Abstract

The object designed for the purpose of this diploma thesis is a characteristic of the modern trend of commercial real estate with non-elemental elements and clean lines. The thesis solves the proposal of the technological procedure for the execution of a light assembled façade of ceramic panels in the framework of the building of an administrative building. The solution builds on the concept of sustainable development using high-quality and quality materials that promise, among other things, longer-term operational capability with minimal maintenance requirements for the proposed construction.
